Set up in 2004 in Granville, bordering the Mt-St-Michel Bay, and now in Bretagne, ERCUS is a small business specializing in the production of moulded sugar.

We conceive, make, pack and distribute our products without any intermediaries.

Our main objective is to morph the sugar into original shapes while preserving the typical flavour of cane sugar; thus, we bring an original and refined touch to hot drinks (tea, coffee, etc…).

ERCUS uses traditional production methods which are perfect to satisfy a creative spirit and to meet our customers’ specific demand.
